CleverMax (Nantong Mingxing Technology Development Co., Ltd.) was founded in 2003 and supplies complete smart-factory solutions built around one core product: the hanger system. We are a nationally recognised High-Tech Enterprise (GR202532013733) and a national-level Specialised, Refined, Differentiated and Innovative "Little Giant" enterprise, serving discrete manufacturers in apparel and textiles, home textiles and furnishings, semiconductors, new retail, automotive interiors and filtration products.
CleverMax invented the RFID hanger system. The founding invention patent, Monitoring Method and System for Intelligent Material Distribution, is registered as ZL200610011949.7. Over more than two decades in apparel hanger systems we have accumulated close to a thousand core patents and software copyrights across apparel and home textile production, and we helped write the industry standard for RFID hanger production lines (GR202532013733).
Around that core product we have built a technology stack that covers end-to-end RFID material tracking, dynamic line balancing, MES/ERP data orchestration, overhead storage, smart sorting and cloud-manufacturing management — plus the delivery capability to take a large or mid-sized plant from concept and system design through equipment manufacturing, software integration, on-site implementation and after-sales support. The result for our customers is a smart factory that runs efficiently, transparently, reliably, and scales when they do.
The CleverMax range spans seven core product lines: the CleverMax hanger system (sixth generation), the CleverNode cutting system, the CleverMax smart warehouse system, the CleverMax overhead storage system, the small-batch multi-SKU customisation production-management system, the Yundao cloud-manufacturing MES, and the order-production-process data-interoperability system that ties all of the above together.

RFID, industrial automation, IoT, big data and cloud — fused into one production-line platform
CleverMax engineering deeply integrates six technology stacks into a single platform for the apparel and home textile industries: RFID radio-frequency identification, industrial automation, the internet, the Internet of Things (IIoT), big data analytics, and cloud computing. The integration was developed jointly with the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Software and Institute of Automation over more than a decade of factory-floor R&D, distilled through thousands of experimental runs on real apparel and home textile lines.
The result is a configurable, not bespoke, production-line stack: a single rail platform adapts to apparel, home textiles, automotive interiors, and industrial filtration by swapping hangers, station layouts, and routing rules. Real-time shop-floor data flows up into the Yundao MES, where AI scheduling algorithms balance mixed-flow production at scale and feed routing decisions back down to the line. Customers can integrate their existing ERP and MES via documented APIs — no rip-and-replace.
